Joy has worked in insurance for over 20 years, she spent 10 years working for an underwriting agency and then 2 years for a major insurer. Joy joined Planned Cover in 2010 and applies her wealth of knowledge to help provide general and Professional Indemnity insurance solutions. She has a Certificate in Tier 1, Diploma of Financial Services and QPIB (qualified professional insurance broker).
